tweaked the visor a bit, nothing major
edited a bit, but not much
This is it. Mostly-done, I would say. I might go back and tweak it over time until the contest closes, and I'll be leaving the flatcolored picture up in the contest as well, since it's not as 'messy.' Unless I'm told to take it out. But I saw several people putting up multiple entries when I browsed the competition yesterday, so it -should- be okay... I didn't see any rule against it. It's the same bloody design, anyway.
Didn't count how long this took, but everything was 'hand-drawn' right in Photoshop. *hugs her tablet* Two of the applied filters (Sharpen and Add Noise) were applied after the image was flattened and shrunken. General texture on everything was done with dodge and burn applied to a splatter brush using brush effects like scattering, opacity jitter, and rotation jitter. Basic shading and highlights were done with dodge and burn using smooth brushes. Additional shading was done on two layers (one on Color Burn, and one on Multiply) with a soft airbrush, and additional highlighting was done with a harder round brush on an 'Overlay' layer. Original image set to 300 DPI and messed with a bit, coming to at 3000x3000, 22 crucial layers, 24 total layers.. Just general trivia.

Went for a snake-ish look because the name "Vic Rattlehead" just makes me think snake. Rattlehead = rattlesnake... Vic = Vic Viper. *BRICK'D*
Yes.... I'm a geek.
