This was originally going to be one in eleven, a series of dragons that I created for a certain world of mine (which might be added to by ~NeonMouko ). However, after making this one, I decided this style was WAY too detailed and serious for the otherwise cartoony setting it was intended for, but it came out so nice that I decided to CG it anyway. It's similar in bearing to my pictures of Raiba and Adrikar (which are quite popular), but slightly different in its own right.
The dragon I was TRYING to draw was called a "Mountain Red." It's one of the more common (and MUCH more troublesome) of the eight "sentient" dragons that I'd currently developed. |
